When you submit a form in response to our ads (including forms on Facebook and Instagram) or on our website, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, home budget, buying timeline, preferred area, home type, and whether you are pre-approved for financing.
Why we collect it
We use your information to send you the home list you requested, to contact you about homes that match your criteria, and to provide real estate services. By submitting a form, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message, and email at the details you provided, including with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text message to opt out at any time.
Who sees your information
Your information is seen by Laura Hartley and by the service providers we use to manage and contact leads (for example, customer relationship management, email, and text messaging tools) and to run our advertising (including Meta, which operates Facebook and Instagram). We do not sell your personal information. Only upon customer agreement will we share it with lenders, title companies, or other professionals or when required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as it is needed to respond to your inquiry and provide services unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Opting out and deleting your information
You can opt out of calls, texts, and emails at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or telling us directly. You can also ask us to access, correct, or delete your information. To make a request, call our office at 202-489-2315 and we will respond promptly. Some information may need to be retained where the law or brokerage record-keeping rules require it.
